About This Event
Rashtriya Sewa Bharati successfully organized a two-day "Chhatrawas Adhikshak & Karyakarta Prashikshan Varg" in Konkan Prant on 27th and 28th May 2026. The training camp witnessed the participation of 19 Adhikshaks and Karyakartas representing 11 Chhatrawas from across the region.
The primary objective of the training was to strengthen the effective management of Chhatrawas, create a value-based and disciplined environment for students, and enhance the impact of service-oriented activities. The program focused on developing leadership qualities and organizational capabilities among participants while reinforcing the importance of character building and holistic development.

Chhatrawas Management and Administration
Discipline and Value-Based Education
Organizational and Leadership Skills
Planning and Execution of Sewa Activities
Effective Communication Skills
Holistic Development of Children
The training also included group discussions, experience-sharing sessions, motivational interactions, and workshop-based activities that encouraged active participation and practical learning.
